When I was young I remember asking my friends at school, in particularly females what their ideal dream life would consist of. The number of kids and whether or not to have a dog seemed to vary from girl to girl but what was strikingly consistent was the idea of a dream house. The typical dream house usually consisted of a large home with trees surrounded by a white picket fence. Do you remember what your dream house used to look like? Are you living in it yet?
For me my dream house actually came through to me in a dream when I was 9 years old. For a period of a couple weeks after I would fall asleep every night I would dream about going into this house. Every successive night I would travel further into the house. What stood out about this house was that it was absolutely huge! I remember thinking to myself, wow, wouldn’t it be cool to live in a house like that? Well this post isn’t about me actually manifesting that specific house, but instead what I feel is a pretty neat story about my latest dream house.
A couple years ago my girlfriend surprised me with tickets to a local charity event that involved driving all across the city I live in to tour nice homes and view beautiful gardens. The entire tour was cool and we were travelling from house to house. The fourth house on the tour was in an area near the community that we currently live in but we had never even spotted before. This was a little unusual because we take the dog for walks around the adjoining neighborhoods or go for drives and yet somehow this neighborhood had been hiding. As we entered the community searching for the home we were supposed to tour we actually stumbled across this beauty tucked into a cul-de-sac backing onto to a reservoir.

This house immediately caught my eye and I was drawn to it somehow. The scope and lines of the house, the lime stone work and the turrets all make this a dream home for me. I could just picture entertaining friends and family in the backyard of this house, and was thinking to myself “I wish this home was on the tour!” Unfortunately the house wasn’t on the tour, and after being back to the charity event every year subsequently I can tell you that it still hasn’t been. But I was compelled to get out of my car and take this picture.
Finding my dream home by “accident” would make for a good story but what happened in the next couple weeks following makes this story even more interesting. This house had apparently affected me quite a deal, in fact I found myself dreaming about going inside of it on a couple occasions. I dreamed about this beautiful house and haven’t to tell the owners that they had to move out because I was ready to move in. I remember waking up from these seemingly real dreams wondering how exactly I was “imagining” the inside of the house, after all, I hadn’t been inside of it yet. I discounted the dreams as merely the residual excitement from coming across my dream home.
A little over a week later after getting home from running errands I am checking the mail and find a magazine in it. I check to see who the subscription belongs to and there is no name anywhere on the magazine but the name of the magazine is “Best Homes”. Hmmm… I think to myself, that’s odd, I don’t recall ordering this and the price is $6.95 Cdn, so it’s not like it has been delivered door-to-door. Besides, if it was a free subscription why didn’t it have any sign up papers accompanying it and why haven’t I ever received one since?
I take it and the rest of the mail inside the house and begin flipping through the magazine. What absolutely shocked me was that this magazine featured my new dream house. Not only did it contain the house I was dreaming about but it was the main feature, and accordingly had a several pages written up along with a photo spread! Now I was able to confirm the pictures to those in my dreams (eerily accurate I might add) and was able to get a real picture of what this house really looked like. It was like the heavens were opening up and saying, “yes this is your house” and showing me the way.
This whole story as it unfolded was very amazing to me as I contemplated what would have to happen in order for me to get this magazine. The odds of it occurring as a chance happening are almost completely impossible, let alone that it featured the house I was so passionate about. The truth is that Manifestation happens and it always follows the intentions that we focus on the most. What intentions of yours are you spending the most time, attention and energy on manifesting?
When you are clear about what you want, the Universe, Source, or God loves to provide it for you. As your Imagination Coach I can show you how to get out of your own way when it comes to manifesting your dreams, whether that is a dream house, dream job, dream relationship etc. Please feel free to check out the rest of the site for more information on manifesting your dream life.

Have you ever manifested an answer right out of thin air? Have you ever taken a wild guess and found your answer to be right on?
The first time I ever did that was at a Jellybean counting contest. You know the kind… A big glass jar is filled to the brim with jelly beans and your job is to count it. I remember using all my imagination and mental power to try and “calculate” the amount of jelly beans in the jar. It was back in elementary school and it took me about 15 minutes to come up with the answer.
Now I must advise you that I am no mathematician and I didn’t use any logirithms in my calculation. In fact, I didn’t even take the logical approach, which I learned later was to count the number of beans in a column, then the amount of beans in a row and multiply them together by the circumference. Sounds complicated doesn’t it? Yeah, in elementary that was a few too many calculations for me so I just basically guessed.
The amazing part of the story is that not only was I the closest one in my school to guess the correct number of jelly beans, but I had guessed the EXACT total… I remember everyone making a big deal of my calculations and wondering how I could get my number so precise. Besides the buzz around my homeroom, I also had science and math teachers wondering and asking how I did it. I do admit that I loved the attention but there was only one problem, I had no idea myself how I was able to guess the actual number.
Fast forward to the present time and I’m attending a seminar in the beggining of November. The presenter brought up an amazing statistic that had to do with “inner-knowing” in regards to answers that we don’t know. Her example was the following: First you take a portion of population at random and ask them to answer a question, say for instance “What is the total number of dogs found in the United States?”. Some people will tend to answer with numbers that are rather high and some people will answer a conservatively low. However what is amazing is that it is proven that the average answer given by everybody will roughly equal the actual total number of dogs!!!
Isn’t it amazing that even though we often feel that we don’t know the right answers, inherently inside of ourselves we actually really do know it. The only problem is that we often doubt our own abilities, let alone the ability that we all have been given and that is immediate access to our collective consciousness, the all knowing field of information that we are a part of. This interconnected access to information follows us around like a constant Wi-Fi connection in which we are able to download information and answers as required.
I have several examples that prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that the information that I was “guessing” was actually already “imprinted” and that I was merely reflecting that answer. I’ve guessed random things out of peoples heads, the suit and face value of cards that we’re being dealt, as well as answers that I didn’t know I had within me. One such example happened at a Toastmasters meeting that I recently attended.
At every Toastmasters meeting we have a “Quiz Master” who is in charge of listening to the members and guests talk throughout the evening and quiz them at the end of the night. When the quiz master stood up to give their first question something came over me. Normally I am more formal especially at the meetings, however tonight I felt compelled to blurt out the answer in my head even before it was given. I shouted out “5″ as the answer and people laughed at the humour of me guessing before the question was even asked. To everyone’s suprise including my own the question was “How many Grandchildren does this member have” and the answer was actually 5!
Was this a random coincidence that I was able to guess a number out of thin air that just happened to be the right answer? Or could it possibly be that the answer was always up for grabs and I picked it out because I was more open and sensitive to it? Information is all around us constantly, and just because we don’t see it doesn’t mean it is not there. To date in my life I’ve had too many instances where this belief has proven to be more tangible than any support for believing in random coincidences. What are your thoughts? Have you experienced anything similar along your journey?

Have you ever wanted something from a toy vending machine? You know the kind that have multiple toys that you might get, so the idea is that you spend more money than you would if you could just select the toy you wanted yourself. These machines were $.25 cents when I was growing up, now they are $1.00-$2.00! Never the less I was eating Vietnamese food with a friend and spotted an “X-men” toy that I wanted.
I wanted the “Wolverine” acion figure and my friend wanted the “Storm” and we began speculating as to how much at $2.00 a pop it would cost us to get the toys we wanted. The only problem was we couldn’t even see the toys and could be blindly spending money chasing toys that were sold out long ago. So I decided to use the Law of Attraction and the power of the universe to help solve our problem.
I told my friend that I would need their help and told them to focus on the end result, having the toy and being able to play with it at the table. Even better I told them, picture this cool figure hanging in the rear-view mirror of your car! The main thing was to feel the emotion, or fun in this case, behind having the toy. After we visualized this for a few seconds the next step was to release our intentions.
To release your intention means that you let go of the expectation that it will happen. Sure you desire it to happen, but let the universe know that everything will be ok if it gets the order a little mixed up. Although this rarely happens, it’s better when the universe has open potential to work with versus trying to cater to you and your specifics.
In this toy example, a specific demand would have been to expect both toys to come out one after another, and on top of that specify what order they had to come out in order to be acceptable. The trick is to be excited about the feeling that will be produced, not necessarily what specifically is producing it.
Luckily we had no such expectations. The main goal was to spend as little money as possible while enjoying the benefits of the toy. After we finished eating I headed over to the machine and inserted my twoonie ($2.00). To my surprise the machine spit out two toys instead of one! We were already ahead of the game! What was really shocking was finding out that both toys were the Wolverine and Storm figures we wanted.
We excitedly opened our gifts from the universe and played with the toys before hanging them on the rear-view mirror just for fun. Did we somehow manage to guess what two figures would be spit out of the vending machine next? Was it just a coincidence that we were able to attract the exact toys and spend the least amount of money doing it? What are your thoughts, I’d love to hear them and hear about your crazy manifestation stories!

Today while I was working I felt the thought of one of Eden’s friends come over me. The thought I had in my mind was that this mutual friend wanted to speak to Eden and had the feeling I was supposed to get Eden to call. What was interesting and unique about this thought was that is was someone who didn’t have a history of talking to Eden. Being aware of this in the moment, I also realized that this thought couldn’t be acted upon until Eden got home from work anyway. I just filled it in the back of my head and went on with my work.
Later in the afternoon when Eden returned home we had a good talk and I remember to mention the thought I had about her friend. After I tell her she tells me that she too had been thinking about that friend, around the same time as me! Eden then took out her phone and noticed that she missed call. She checks her voice mail and discovers that her friends’ husband had phoned and left a message saying that his wife was mentioning her the other day and that he phoned to see if we all wanted to get together.
This was an unexpected suprise because this was the first time that either one of them had phoned Eden, even though they both had the number and were mutual friends for some time. Was my thought earlier in the day just a weird chance occurance? While admittedly I didn’t predict that her husband would call, somehow I was able to “detect” that her friend wanted to reach her. Coincidence?
Speaking of coincidence, later that day I brought up another friend of Eden’s that she hasn’t heard from in a while. This friend was one of Eden’s closest friends and they actually lived together at one time. Due to conflicting schedules they have seen each other about 3 times in the past 2 years. This time, the thought that I had was I wondered if her friend had gotten back together with an old ex-boyfriend.
Now that might not seem strange to you, but considering that I’ve only met her friend twice over the last couple years should tell you that I don’t know her or what she is likely to do. Also, this girl has had at least one serious long-term boyfriend in-between the relationship that I was referring to. So to assume that she was with this old boyfriend versus the most recent one was a seemingly weird and random guess to make. Either way Eden wasn’t sure what the answer to my question was and we continued on to another topic.
A couple days later Eden returns home after a wonderful time spent going over to this girl friends house. Over the afternoon of catching up her friend explains to Eden how she is “sort of” seeing her ex-boyfriend, however not the most current one but the ex that I was thinking about! You might think the was some hint or indication that this might be likely but I don’t even know what either ex-boyfriend looks like and definitely am not sure if either relationship was good or bad.
What I do know is that these thoughts came across earlier in the week before the answers appeared. However the answers themselves have pointed back to some interesting “coincidences”. Was it just a coincidence that I managed to think of both my girlfriend’s friend and aquintance on two different instances? How about the specific nature of the information, like one wanting her to call, and the other getting back together with an ex-boyfriend?
Even though the information didn’t even make sense to me at the time I was still aware of it. The truth is that experiences like these happen all the time and accordinly have led me on the path to discover amazing answers. This journey has allowed me to understand the fundamental mechanics of how things happen, although I am still searching for information on how this type of information transfer occurs.
